Shimmy Gray Miller - Minnesota-many reasons for a great fit.
Ewa Laskowska-Wichita St. international recruiter, very good record.
Ariel Massengale - Bolingbrook native and played under Summit.
Nicci Hays Fort - Missouri native, hire away from Colgate?
Carly Thibault-Dudonis, B1G Ten Asst, good record of winning on all levels.
CariAnn Ramirez-Boise State-12 years experience?
Charel Allen-Cal St Fullerton-Notre Dame graduate-good recruiter.

Hire her. Even her speech got me fired up and I don’t care about womens sports.

Of all of Whitman’s hires I’ll grade them:

Lovie: F
Fahey: F
Underwood: B
Bielema: A (given his history in the Big 10. He has 3 Rose Bowls and is arguably the most qualified coach ever hired by Illinois in a major sport).

Whitman is trending up and Custard is unfortunately right about why they were hired. If these candidates had been white men with the resumes that Lovie/Fahey had they would have never been considered. Lovie never a college HC, and Fahey at a D3 non-scholarship level. They simply weren’t qualified for the positions they got
