We don't know if Sitkowski's passing arm transplant will be a success, so It's got the makings of a good pick up. If he's healthy.

Looks like a very nice pickup. He will be here for spring ball and gives us a very good QB next year. This was Petersen’s main target I heard.
Look for one more QB pickup in the transfer portal. Nobody as significant DeVito, but I’m sure we’ll add one more.

They do have a HS QB in Donovan Leary. He is a substantial pick up as well. 6’3” and 215

What you fail to understand is that JizzJerkoff is telling you that when a kid like the Syracuse kid is a stud, you actually DON'T tailor your offense around him. You completely redo your offense and then bench him. So Illinois fans should be really excited that he is here instead of, say, Bo Nix.
I'm just hopeful the guy can roll out without fumbling and hit the tight end on the run on the crossing pattern.

Actually, his stats were pretty good. He threw a lot of passes, 314 in 10 games. Completed 170 -- a decent but not grest 54%. Only 12 interception. Yardage -- 2094 -- and TDs -- 16 -- could have been better with that volume. Far from terrible. Team was bad though -- 3-7.

Those are terrible stats for a HS QB that supposedly has major D1 talent.

16/12 TD/INT sucks

And he was playing in New Jersey not exactly Texas or Florida HS football competition
I remember Cam Thomas had bad HS stats and people made excuses and he was bad here too.

I think Isaiah had low completion % too but he was never gonna work due to his height anyway
