At least my wife's trips are the afternoon ones to Target and Walmart. She just wont stop. lol.
I think I read the mayor's wife was playing cards. If it was with the church ladies, maybe they could cook up some food for the staying at home locals as punishment.
But, "At 1 a.m. Sunday, several people were located inside Hiram’s Tavern in an area outside public view," sounds like a little more than a "social gathering" at Hiram's.

I was like man Illinois is the worst then I spent the weekend in southern Indiana and coming back to the northern part of Illinois was quite comforting. Other than buying this house a year and a half ago and now being a terrible time to unload it, I wouldn’t mind going out west somewhere to a nice place the Californian transplants haven’t ruined yet.
