I’m not Tempo34, but he says he graduated bootcamp Friday, March 8th 1991 (Mike Company Platoon 3117). After 10 days leave, then went to Marine Combat Training (MCT) at Camp Pendleton. And then Miltary Police training at Lackland Airforce Base, San Antonio TX (some people called it Camp Snoopy), or so he says.
Sr. Drill Insrtuctor Sgt Martinez. Sgt Perez and Sgt Look were other drill instructors. Says he partied with Sgt Look at the Devil Dog Inn the night of graduation. He was a cock sucker until after graduation. At least that’s what Tempo34 says. I wasn’t there. Sgt. Perez, his least favorite drill instructor in the beginning, was his favorite drill instructor at the end.
Doesn’t remember Mount Motherfucker being that big of a deal.

I’ll be damned. I was too. Basic. Became an airman first class. Then on to missile systems training. SAC at Warren AFB after that.

I just remember my DI was a prick and it was hot as fuck there every day.
I would assume the main chow hall would be much better than the one for recruits, or airmen or whatever the fuck you were called.
