Ok, but were they worse run when Parcells was there? A historically great coach? Were Acorsi, Reese, and Coughlin as incompetent as Pace, Nagy, and Phil Emery?

No. That is why I wrote the Bears were the worse run organ-I-zation of the two.

But over the last 5-6 years it’s super close. Probably only the Texans worse.
