just one step closer to end of college football
sad
i miss the ol days
the SWC conference, Colorado vs Nebraska yearly matchups
college football will be gone in 5 years

And the Big10 looks at Kansas and Iowa State. Lol.
I've said it for years .... 4 conferences of 16 teams to negotiate for media rights and football playoffs and the hoops tournament. Tell the NCAA to go pound sand and that they get whomever is left in the FCS and lower divisions.

It's a shame but I think you're spot on. Be nice if the BIG could snag Clemson and ND.

yep I've also said the trend is to have 4 massive conferences and the eventual disbanding of the NCAA

I’d be ok with that. The NCAA is a terrible organization and crooked as fuck.

The NCAA part of it is a large part of why we've moved to this mega-conference thing run by conference-oriented TV deals. The NCAA folding would collapse that system and probably improve football and basketball overall.

Fuck them with a tire iron.
Too smooth.
Something with beveled edges and spikes perhaps.

After Nick Saban retiring, Texas joining the SEC might be the best hope to ending the current Alabama dynasty. Once Longhorn egos and boosters get involved, things get f*cked up for other teams.
