Are the refs paying attention to all the hacking, butchering, slamming guys with shoulders to the chest so their players down low can get up a shot. Just BS reffing in favor of UW. 8 fouls called, could have been 15 easily.

Questionable refereeing on both sides, alot of gimme's/ghost/phantom calls for both teams. Aggressive play for both teams, great quality road win for the ILLINI. This will be talked about come March....first team 4 times yada yada yada.....either way very good for our boys.

Had to start on delay and didnt catch up until late in the game. We had 8 points at the 12 minute mark of first half and finished regulation with 91. Another really entertaining game down the stretch with plenty of oh shit moments to keep it interesting late. Mostly them throwing threes in from everywhere. Way to hit free shots and seal it against a desperate team in a tough environment. 4 in a row! Enjoy the ride.

Not gonna lie that whole Howard Moore thing had me thinking of the Penn St game. Why us? Why now? It seemed to give them some extra mojo early on. Glad we were able to fight through it and get the W.

The only thing I could think of with the whole Howard Moore thing was that god awful UIC loss. He was the head coach for UIC at the time.

Usual crap officiating by Big 10 refs, they could have called 15 fouls on UW in the first half alone but only called 8. Really didn't keep track in the 2nd half. This is what kills Big 10 teams in March Madness, better refs that won't let that crap go on.
