The only Russian I even kind of know is married to the CEO of a Canadian startup I used to work for. And I never actually met her, just spoke with her on the phone about testimonials for fundraising a time or two. I have never knowingly applied posting restrictions to anyone on this board, ever.

My 1st thought was the SUV was partitioned.
It may be just a little more than that.
The SUV looks like it has a partitioned SCIF, and an HVAC for the SCIF ?
