Stojakovic/Aberdeen would be a great great combo to pick up. These 2 with Boswell would make our backcourt as good if not better than our front court with a player yet to come along.

Aberdeen is a straight baller, proven, and size wise along the lines of Ayo.

Previously offered by us as well.

Stojakovic, Miller and a player to be named later before end of weekend?

Still kind of meh on Miller other than the experience level...not sure we can't do better, but if he wants to come back in a specific role? Wilcher from St. Johns is in the portal now as well (Roselle Catholic kid), 4* or better also.

Why wouldn't we agree on anything? I mean, just because I think you're a weirdo doesn't mean I don't agree with you on some shit.

I guess we can agree on some shit then.

Dain Dainja Zone and PJ Haggerty both in the portal now.

Then let Baylor have him.

Wow, never thought we would agree on anything really, but yes let Baylor have him at that price.

Other boards are discussing Monsanto being in portal again, I lump him into the AJ Storr category, don't want him here, we can do better than that imo.

Sean Durugordon on the other hand 6'7" started at Mizzou and shoots 31% from 3, has shot higher % and is an athlete. 16 and 9 at ODU.

Oh yea he is a Queens native as well. OA where you at?

Nice to see 2 ILLINI players listed on NCAAM front page as being in first round/draft.

Can we get this guy for the end of the bench fill one of the 12-15 spots on next years squad, CHANGED MY MIND, can we just get him and figure out where he slots in at?

Has very similar moves as someone else we just had and loved when he was an ILLINI.

Would love to add this guy to the team. 6'9" athletic, down hill guy.

Adam Miller is looking like he may be back, and if you look at his history.... Next 2 guard in the making? Boswell backup? 3rd guard in lineup with "elite" non positional passers?

Funny thing is he came to ILLINI after visits/committed, yes he was local,
Then LSU, in which he previously visited as well. Played there.
Then ASU, in which he previously visited as well. Played there.

Visited L-Ville, and AZ, offered never played, don't think either were in play when he transferred.

Now full circle ?, back to the ILLINI??

And then there are the NBA athletes who are far superior to the NCAA athletes, excuse me student-athletes, that he's used to.

Yes but not Euro players as a whole, NBA yes (although defense in the league is questionable) , that will again be where he struggles. In fact, that is pretty much the only argument as to why he should have come back, is to work on that part of his game. He is gone, best wishes, cut the T/O's down and he will be a very good PRO.

We watched KJ throw the ball all over the floor this year. Some good and some not so much so.
NCAA stats lists 350 players in their assist/turnover category. KJ came in at 319th.
He had 6 turnovers in each of his last 4 games.

He's young, I'd like to see him stay, but he's gone.
KJ and Tomi are good but I'm not convinced about the high IQ stuff coming from the guy who also said we have elite shooters and were FF caliber.

The high IQ meaning that is what he wants/would like to have and the Euro players start playing "pro" level much sooner and have different coaching/schemes for the most part. There is a reason, most Euro players play the same, but different than the US players.

Mostly I think fundamentals are worked on far more in Euro, than here, which breeds a higher IQ generally on the court. Maybe not the most exciting play as many of have complained about, but still. That all said I think KJ biggest problem was he tried to continue to play Euro ball and committed far to many turnovers mostly because the US athletes he was playing against were far superior across the board than what he was used too.
