WTF is wrong with Chicago?

Shootings in Chicago for August almost double 2019 numbers.

1.2 billion dollar projected budget deficit despite all the hiked taxes.

Riots and looting.

Over 50 shootings just last weekend.

Over 50 cops have been shot at or have been shot in 2020.

There’s a big billboard on the DR demanding reparations.

A higher percentage of Illinoisans are migrating out than any other state besides Alaska and the number one destination is INDIANA.

Lots of viewpoints in that article. Predictably went almost straight to blaming slavery for the increase in black on black violence in 2020 but finished strong.

How is "shot at" quantified? Is it like Covid deaths?

Anywho, I'm looking forward to the Italian and Polish reparations campaigns. Energy & meatpacking companies still have deep pockets.

Not so sure about the Chinese coolies, though. Railroads ain't what they used to be.
