Assume this is even true, is there a crime?

*Allegations of Manufactured Extremism: Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche alleged that the SPLC was "manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred," according to the 2026 indictment.

The SPLC has stated it will vigorously defend itself, with a representative calling the charges a political targeting of their work by the Department of Justice

It’s not a racist country and Trump wasn’t a racist until he threatened the establishment. Modern American racism is *mostly* a construct of the progressive left who have made a cottage industry out of it.
