Not that Roberts is the only justice to render the opinion of the court but this is how things work here. SCOTUS can overrule district court judges. The reverse is not the way it's supposed to work.

Bove also "fired prosecutors who brought charges against January 6 rioters and requested a list of FBI agents who worked on the cases."

He didn't defy a court order because there was no order to defy. Wow!

Because their job was done and they knew their appointments had an end date.
So. The agents were also told that if they had followed dept policy they had no concerns.
