She didn't like Thomas' inclusion in the race. Enough examples exist in this space, that it's pretty much baked in that there will be changes going forwards. But Trump was promising to deal with her top issue pronto - an issue that will resolve regardless of Trump's election - so she voted for him despite Trump being so bad for her on other issues that were previously fine, which Trump has now fucked up.

Fake news. He couldn’t get a green card because as a healthy young man he refused the Covid vaccine. Back in late January Trump removed the only obstacle he had to getting it.

Say you don't know how hard it is to get a green card without saying it.

I have a co-worker who has had to renew his visa 7 times - 14 years, while awaiting a green card. He's a manager at Nvidia. Gaines husband is a college student and swimmer, now he's trying to run a swimming pools construction company without much success.

Occam's razor - the vaccine thing was probably a non-issue but she can use her notoriety to get someone without any real qualifications to jump the line. Kudos to her.

On CNN, it’s way down the list, after Judge Roberts rebuking Trump, Trump’s chilling use of executive power, Trump’s use of Kennedy Center, and a Russian political theorist talking about Trump. Over on MSNBC the ceasefire isn’t even mentioned as they are running with a headline about the silver lining of democrat’s current unpopularity and the same exact Judge Roberts headline as 1-2, followed by about a dozen other anti-Trump grievances. Mother Jones hasn’t heard about the cease fire yet either, their major headline is the constitutional crisis that is shipping fuckheads out of our country. What’s happening on the BlueSkyy?

She did not lose I thought. I thought she tied him/her and they would not let Gaines on the medal stand, preferring him/her to be up there when they tied for third.

If that is the case, I can understand why she is so pissed off. That was stupid on the NCAA's part and completely backfired.
