What I find incredible is that minority DEI hires sometimes (often?) didn’t deserve to get the job, yet every white person who got hired clearly deserved the job (and even some that didn’t).

The point of diversity, equity, and inclusion is to counteract traditional uniformity, favoritism, and exclusiveness.

While there has been improvement, women and racial or ethnic minorities have been disadvantaged. The reason for the improvement is because of DEI. Diversity is also an inherent good, but as with all good things, it has to be cultivated.

Some white males complain that losing their advantage places them at a disadvantage.
