If every big ten team was given  the chance to construct an all-time team  & all of the these teams played a hypothetical season against each other.

Illinois would be lucky to finish 8th.

IU and Michigan are probably at the top. Followed by MSU and tOSU. We might be in the top 5. Minny would be competitive.
