It doesn’t change the fact that in the latest poll, which was not a “predictive,” poll JF was named by his peers a top 100 player.

Texans and Colts sucked last year. Both have made significant improvement and are right in the thick of the playoff race. That's the kind of jump the Bears should have made this year.

There are a lot of factors that go into that. Some level of Bears incompetence could very well be part of it.
