I’ve been really feeling the blue cheese lately. The good stuff. Not the Kraft et al. My usual go to is Marie’s Raspberry Vinaigrette which is absolutely killer with red onions, Kalamata olives, and sliced carrots (on a salad of course). Has to be romaine.

Some baked chicken breast with lemon on a salad with blue cheese has been my jam lately. Anyone else feeling the bleu cheese?

Are Roquefort and blue cheese the same thing?
Roquefort is a French version of blue cheese. It's made from fresh and unpasteurized sheep's milk and gets its blue veins from Penicillium Roqueforti fungus, initially found in the soil of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon caves, where the cheese comes from.Sep 9, 2022

Just downed a couple blue cheese salads for first time in a bit. Went down pretty good. But I’ve also been talking to Zesty Italian, and have a date with Raspberry Vinaigrette. And Greek Feta and Oregano seems to like me as well.
