Haha yep I remember Elemental Designs. They were all the rage then they had a bunch of operational issues and the company essentially collapsed. I think a lot of people got burned there at the end.

yeah they used shit plate amps, mine went out on my sub once, they sent me a replacement that did the same... now I just jerry rigged an amp to the sub and its been working fine for like... forever now haha, speakers still work well too!
