New season of Yellowstone coming out on the 13th. Looking forward to it although I don’t have a clue where else they can take the story.
Side note: I was about 3 years late to that show. When everyone is crazy about something I generally eschew it. Was totally wrong to have done so in this case. It is over the top in many ways, but it really hits the nail on the head in a lot of other ways.
I binged most of the episodes after hearing how popular it was.
The cinematography and the acting are both top notch. But I found the storylines too non-sensical to really get into. You really want me to believe there are that many murders in Montana? It’s one of the safest places in the US.
And the plot armor on Beth Dutton is ridiculous. So she basically does whatever she wants and never gets in trouble for it. The scene where she trashed the ladies store that thought her SIL was shoplifting was ridiculous. She’s arguably the nastiest bitch on the show but still has arguably the most desirable male fawning over her. This seems like a soap opera meant for women.
The cinematography is my only reason to watch. If it were set in Texas I doubt I’d have interest
