PAMan’s guy Bernstein just made a good point. Making Bagent the backup is a big risk. Is a small school rookie quarterback ready to go in and win 2-3 games if needed? Backup quarterback is not a developmental position. Thoughts?
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

It's possible.
The experienced big school qb managed to win 3.

What’s it like being a low-level troll?

No matter how many times you tell certain people the Bears (as an organization) didn’t make a serious attempt at winning last year, it’ll never sink in.

Not surprising you’d think that.

Only Bear to make ESPN’s top-100 players in the NFL is DJ Moore at #99. Thoughts…

Meh, let’s see the list at the end of the year.

Young first-time GM with LONG-TERM vision takes over failing franchise with old, overpaid players and roster bereft of talent. Trades away most of the players that have any value in order to get younger, cheaper. Plugs holes and fills out roster with one-year “tryout” type contracts.

Rookie head coach. Rookie offensive coordinator. 2nd year quarterback learning a new system, trying to recover from the incompetence of previous regime. Bottom 5 offensive line (that could be generous). Mostly practice squad or just above caliber receivers. Worst front 7 in football. No depth on the team at virtually any position.

Mn: “Yeah, but why didn’t they win?”

Why did you criticize the players for dropping passes, punts, or whatever if they were supposed to go out and not make a serious attempt to win ?

I can only assume this level of ignorance is willful.
