I love that he acts like the guys they traded did not play from the start.
Imagine looking at last years’ Chicago Bear roster and thinking they had what it took to “win.” And for the record, they did beat SF and dominated the GOAT at his place. Dismantling the roster was still the right move. Perhaps you remember Belichick having a word with Flus after the game. That was certainly a sign of respect for how Flus was building his culture.
