He was pretty clearly trolling you there.

He obviously thinks saying ridiculously stupid shit to get you riled up is the peak of comedy.

To your credit, when you say ridiculously stupid shit you really mean it and dig in.

Ok. But just assuming you know all the facts, when you are actually using limited information to draw conclusions doesn’t make you right. As I said, if Poles decided Wright was his “must have,” then it changes the reasoning completely. Maybe that was his guy and Poles didn’t want to risk not getting him at 17 or 20. Clearly Pittsburgh was on the hunt for an OT and everyone knew this.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

One of us is assuming they know facts they can’t know and using it as a means to criticize the front office for not getting a hypothetical better deal for the 9 pick.

The other is discussing what actually happened.

As were the Titans. Who took an OT on the next pick. Maybe Poles wasn’t interested in Skoronski or Jones.

Why is an Eagle 4th pick in 2024 worth anything?

PAMan needs to pick a lane.

JFC. Talk you later.

I mean come on man, you’re coming after me - whose only assumption is that Poles didn’t just pass on a better deal for no reason - for “assuming the facts” when you’ve been criticizing him for like 18 straight hours because what if maybe there was a better deal and he just passed on it?

One of us is making a pretty big assumption but it isn’t me.

Then why did you make a post mocking me for the Bears getting “a guy who wasn’t even there! Lol”

Because I knew you would be miffed they did not pick a player in a skilled position.

This sounds like a ringing endorsement for the pick.

It sounds like I knew you were going to be disappointed.

Again fuckstick. You’re drawing conclusions on limited information. You might be right. You might be wrong. If Poles decided he had to have Wright, you are probably wrong. JFC. This isn’t hard.

Last night you raised this as a possibility.

You did have him going. I admit there really was no need for me to pour kerosene onto the fire.

Because I knew you would be miffed they did not pick a player in a skilled position.

I expected they would take an OL or DL. I “hoped” they would take Bijan. But that turned out to not be an option.

Hi MemeMan. Once Bijan was off the board my expectation was zero they would draft a skill position player. Ok, maybe not zero; but probably v less than the number of people it takes to make a baby. What’s that? 2%?

They met your expectations but you remain somewhat disappointed.

Greater than ESPN's odds that Dom's Guy would still be on the board for Day 2.

Disappointed we let the best team in our conference have the best talent in the draft for a day 3 pick. But that’s because it was our only option. No one else wanted him. Fact. Because that’s what happened. Poles couldn’t possibly have fallen in love with Wright and turned down even minimally better (potential) offers, because I saw what happened. On TV anyway. I have pretty limited information, but I know what I saw.
