I was there too!  Got poison ivy on my ass and balls from sitting on something there... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I shouldn't have laughed at this, especially since I'm very susceptible to poison ivy, but I did.

I'm probably a terrible person...

I don't doubt that. I've never had it down there, and hope I never do.

The last couple of times I had it, I had to get steroid pills and steroid cream to get rid of the shit. And I still had it for like a month.

And, I didn't even get ripped from the steroids either...

The stuff also nukes me very bad. Out here we have Poison Oak, which is super prolific on hiking trails in the hills, which the dog of course likes to try to roll around in. One time I had to take the Prednisone which messed me up as well.

Since that awful episode where both arms basically looked like Jeff Goldblum in "The Fly", I discovered this stuff called "Zanfel". You have to figure out *right away* that you have the dreaded Oak/Ivy and use that stuff heavily, as directed. It actually works pretty well to stop it in its tracks, but if you don't get it as soon as it starts, the stuff gets deep enough into the skin that it takes forever and you probably have to go on the steroids.

Poison Oak is so bad I always think there has to be some sort of military application, farm and harvest the stuff, distill the oil, and just air drop it from drones. Or if you are retreating in war, leave supplies that your enemy would try to take and cover it in the oil. If they don't know it's there, their whole body would be covered and it would be a huge suck on their medical teams and a big morale destroyer. If you put it on food and they got it internally it could be deadly.

Lexi Thompson with back to back birdies and a very realistic chance to make the cut! -2 with about 6 holes to play.

I got it on my right lower leg while hiking out there in August. I am basically immune to poison ivy, but this shit was absolutely awful. I was putting steroid cream on it multiple times a day and still wanting to itch it until I bled. It even hurt deep into the tissue under the skin. My skin still looks kinda fucked up in that spot two months later. Terrible stuff.

Sounds like you’re not all that immune to poison Ivy to me.

No, two bogeys down the stretch cost her the cut.
