I would chalk it up as ‘one of those games’ if we didn’t already experience this kind of beating..by this very same PSU squad…at our place.

This has to be the most disappointing Illini team I've ever followed, and I've been following since the early 80's. To reel in two of the top rated transfers last off-season, a top 20 recruiting class, and be two or three more losses from sitting squarely on the bubble is truly an epic disappointment. I just don't see any way this team wins more than a game (probably a stretch as well) if they do get in the tournament, and that is a big time underachievement.

0-6 in the Big 10.

Only chance Illinois has to win is ugly the game up vs other bad scoring teams.  If you have any semblance of offense, illinois isn’t gonna keep up
