Saw the NU game on BTN.  Recorded it.
 
I got ESPN back, the Hallmark channels for my wife, and a  25 per month discount. Got ESPN1,2,U, fs, Btn. Should be able to record all the games.

Had DTV for a long time. They suck since ATT took over.

The last time I called and threatened to cancel, they said go ahead. This time they hooked me up me up with loyalty.

Still intend to test drive YouTube TV.

I quit cable over 30 years ago. A storm knocked out my service. A guy came out to fix it. They had closed our local office, so I paid him. They charged me an in home collection fee. I switched to something called Primestar. When they went oob, I went to Dishnet.  Then DTV had some promo to switch. For years, they gave me good discounts to stay.

YouTubeTV is a no brainer for $65 a month. DVR, awesome user interface, has all the stuff I want plus a ton more. And no dish on the house.

I frequently work outside of the area and end up at relatives' houses. One of them dumped cable years ago because the service had only Chicago channels and half of them didn't come in. I still miss Chicago WGN, but other than that, it was worth dumping. DISH was the replacement. Once they stopped promoting the adult channels every 10 minutes, it was a good deal. My only regret is they scrapped the deal where you could apply to get network channels from other cities because your area was "underserved." Apparently the whole WICD/Channel 15/WICS/Channel 20/Channel 17 thing meant we needed more NBC channels. I think I had one from LA and one from New York, plus a random FOX channel from Atlanta. But no more.

I do like Comcast Xfinity and don't plan to dump it.
