So no, did I not only not go on a he’s guilty diatribe about Araiza, but my only real recollection to the news that he was involved in a rape (allegedly) was “well that’s really really unfortunate (for all parties).”

I think it would factor into the "full of shit" side of the ledger.

I don't believe that was discussed at the time.  I brought it up when I saw the story that the prosecutors dropped the charges because the guy was not there when the incident occurred.

For starters, I made no mention of it until the facts were actually in.

The prosecutors said the witnesses said that he was not even there when the assaults occurred. He was accused of awful stuff and was not even there at the time it occurred. He lost his job as a result. I guess you are happy he lost his job and mad that he was not even there when the assault occurred?
