They thought that no one could find it. They thought wrong.

I suppose the NYT could write about the "prohibited access" classification system that the FBI had. A system designed to hide information from Congress, the public, and defendants.
Hiding Brady material might be a big deal for "due process" and hiding exculpatory or incriminating evidence might be a big deal for Congress and the public.

Did Musk team members find it ? I have no idea, but the NYT article was written to serve a purpose.

From the mfr website about their FDA approved prescription drug .....
"SPRAVATO® is the only FDA-approved treatment used as monotherapy or in conjunction with an oral antidepressant for adults with treatment-resistant depression (MDD with inadequate response to at least 2 oral antidepressants of adequate dose and duration)"

Just as in SSRI therapy there can be issues that cause people to look for alternate therapies.
You have a problem with people looking for anti-depressant therapy ? Or is it just Musk ?

"My tolerance (for Ketamine) is unlimited" definitely sounds like he was only using prescribed doses.

Or he may have reached maximum FDA approved dosing, and able to easily tolerate the dose, but not getting the satisfactory anti-depressant result.
