Some lady keyed a Tesla in a suburb of Minneapolis. No charges filed.

A state employee keyed 6 different Teslas on different days. No charges will be filed if he satisfies his diversion program.
No big deal that at least 1 Tesla had what appeared to be a swastika.
The owner of 1 of the Teslas says she had some type of sticker on her vehicle that showed she was anti-Trump. That wasn't enough to protect her property.
Total damage is over $20,000.
His spree apparently started when his boss, Gov Walz, announced how happy he was to see Tesla stock drop in price
The state employee pension fund includes holdings in Tesla.

Musk is not the problem.

If only the guy had broken a window in the US Capitol, he could get a pardon instead of a diversion program.

Musk isn't the problem? They missed earnings by 2 billion, inventories are up by 10% over prior quarter, and the company guidance in the earnings call was basically "trust us. Also - robotaxis!"

Are you really this stupid - "The state employee pension fund includes holdings in Tesla." Tesla is in the S&P 500. For a large fund it's basically impossible to not have holdings in Tesla.

Walz is a putz. Where's the news here?

Walz isn't his boss.  This guy works in a state agency, not the governor's office.  The only person who reports to Walz where he works is the director or head of the agency. 

Sounds like he could be disciplined for violating the state's code of professional conduct.  We will see.

My mention of the Biden supporter who tweeted "Look I'm famous" after getting his professional employee union position and who keyed a half dozen Teslas has nothing to do with Teslas per se.
The county DA not filing felony charges may come across as tacit approval of the actions to some.
No one is above the law, you know.

The Jan6ers were charged. Some to the extent that SCOTUS forced removing those charges.
I don't remember your outcry over the Biden DOJ over charging and that they weren't following the law, processes and procedures.
