How about the 1st Amendment ?
You mean the one that reads "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press ...
The people running Twitter were exercising their first amendment rights. Their critics were exercising theirs. Musk is exercising his. Musk's critics are exercising theirs. It seems as if the process is working.
My bigger concerns are:
1. insurance companies out there engaging in deceptive advertising to sell Medicare advantage. As a subset, deceptive advertising in general.
2. Politicians running for office spreading disinformation under the pretext of free political speech. Rather than censorship, I would limit the time for campaigns.
