Then Congress should not approve the money. That would change things, one would think.
But then they won't be getting the money back in the form of 'small donor contributions'.
Every day is a cognitive test.

World's Best Minds = someone who confirms Custard's existing beliefs.

This war has very little to do with NATO.  Putin wants Ukraine, plain and simple.  He doesn't see Ukraine as a legitimate independent country, culture or society, but as a historical part of Russia that was wrongly separated from them when the Soviet Union disintegrated.

This is a revanchist war to help reconstitute historical Greater Russia, to include Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, the Baltic Republics and Poland.  Finland is probably a bridge to far, even for a Peter the Great wannabe like Putin.

Slava Ukraini!

Naw! Putin is just really mad because NATO expanded.

the overthrow of their democratically elected government) in Ukraine

You mean when the Russian ally got elected under false pretenses and was run out of the country after he showed his hand?

I know Ray is a big Cato guy ...

Not really anymore. They are authentically and consistently libertarian. I am a recovering libertarian.

A lot of what passes itself off as libertarianism these days is really something else, such as ethnic nationalism or anarcho-capitalism etc.

Both things can absolutely be true.

I do not know, but apparently the vaccine works!

To 'work', it must provide 100% lifetime immunity after a single dose with no side effects or rumors of side effects.

Should Putin's mental states govern NATO's policies in Eastern Europe?

Mexico and Canada, our close allies and trade partners, are pissed off at Trump right now. I bet he doesn't give a shit.

While they are unlikely to attack overtly soon ...

Committees with oversight not getting the information they need to provide ovesight is a problem.

If an oversight committee didn't get the information they need, seems like we should be firing a few members of the oversight committee. Can we start with Jim Jordan?

I suppose somebody might have an interest in looking into a rise in grant money for ethnic Tibetans in China.
It does look like a good 'non-profit' to 'work' for if you're wanting to work in a non-governmental organization funded primarily by the government.

The information they need is available on the Internet.

Knowledge of Putin’s mental state is manufactured. You literally have no way of knowing. We do know what he’s been saying for a few decades now, though.

Mexico and Canada need us way more than we need them. It’s been funny watching democrats cheer for Columbia/Canada/Mexico’s weak little shows of defiance before totally acquiescing to our reasonable demands. The only reason they’re mad is because they’re actually being publicly held accountable for shit they should have been held accountable for a long time ago. And the fact that they’re publicly embarrassed. Trudeau is a weak, ineffectual WEF puppet. Canada has been a pipeline of fake students migrating there and disappearing into the US, including a bunch of people on terrorist watch lists. Something has to give.

I understand that you want all diplomacy to be handled with kid gloves, but we just got done doing that for four years and all we’ve seen as a result is the worst geopolitical instability in quite some time. Countries take advantage of us in a variety of ways, but the world needs a strong US and peacemakers, not hand wringing and feebly asking antagonist countries to be nice.

It looks like Trump just went through a bunch of drama to get the same agreement Canada agreed to in December.

What was your point in posting screen shots of cherry picked documents with absolutely no context?
