Weber’s voice doesn’t seem like it’d be good for broadcasting.  But I’m sure the Illini fans will give him a warm ovation.  They absolutely should.  The 2 guys they hired after Bruce are way worse

What a strange take. Underwood just achieved the highest B1G winning percentage over 3 years in school history, and won back to back B1G titles in years 3-5 of his tenure. By year 3-4 of Weber he was running out of enough quality Bill Self recruits to keep the program afloat, and in year 5 set the school record for losses in a season.
