Looks just the same as TuesdayWednesday. Person shot going through a window, cop hit with fire extinguisher and dying, people stealing lecturns and documents. Completely the same. (Not that I support what happened then.)

Chump edit: I still do not even know what day it is and I have been back in the office past 2 days.

Also - the news cycle is pretty crazy but Tuesday was Georgia/Loeffler, the Capitol breach was Weds.

anyone else remember these capital stormings?  I certainly had forgot about them

(not to say that what these clowns did a few days ago was ok, but rather to point out the short memories of people)
How many people died in those “stormings”? How many government officials needed to be evacuated for their own safety? How much property damage was inflicted? I assume you know the answers to all these questions, because you’re holding them up as evidence of moral equivalence.

What have you been smoking?

Also, how many were packing Molotov cocktails and pipe bombs?  How many were arrested?  Oh wait, there were actually more arrested.  Go figure that.  Blue line not looking good on this.

Yeah, I didn’t think it was possible, but the blue line is looking even worse now. The “a few bad apples” thing is looking more and more like total bullshit.

It's always been a few great apples plus guys who needed something to do after their military stint plus the huge proportion whose dads and older brothers did it.

And the rest are gun/power fetishists.

If there’s any justice in the world, he and Trump will end up in the same prison cell.

Madigan’s grifting was old school.   Legend has it that he never used email or carried a cell phone.  I think one or more of his top lieutenants will have to sing for him to go to jail.

San Francisco to strip Washington, Lincoln from school names

“The names of Abraham Lincoln, George Washington and other prominent figures including California Sen. Dianne Feinstein will be removed from 44 San Francisco public schools, a move that stirred debate Wednesday on whether the famously liberal city has taken the national reckoning on America’s racist past too far.”
https://apnews.com/article/race-and-ethnicity-san-francisco-school-boards-education-dianne-feinstein-8ed10976d4041129917914f7dd73c14e

Now that is stupid.   Stop expecting perfection from humans.   And good job confirming every ridiculous stereotype the extreme right has been spouting about liberals for the last 30 years.

Hopefully the decision will be reversed after public feedback.

They should just number the schools, but I'm sure someone will say that numbers are racist
