Depends on how smart you think the market is vs the general population. We have kids throwing away their tuition and enrollment at Purdue in order to have a few beers - so it doesn't seem like the general population thinks COVID is gonna keep rolling. Has the market priced in COVID as is - or COVID as it will be?
Then you can think of tech companies who make a lot of money but also have a lot of overhead. If they can jettison leases and start reducing labor costs by giving COL adjusts to employees who move to Cincinnati from SF, their cost structure gets even better.
When Disney dipped due to the theme park and cruises being all FUBAR - I bought because thanks to COVID their streaming services are skyrocketing. That won't go away - people adding Disney+ will keep the Disney+ and dump Cable or DirecTV. It's come back up and now you can freeroll the theme parks coming back.
