When she said statistics show that homicides are down, I assumed she was correct in that 2021 homicides were fewer in number than all of 2020 or some other misleading time frame that nobody uses.

"Chicago has seen at least 331 homicides so far this year, compared to 319 at this point last year and 247 in 2019. That’s an almost 4 percent increase over last year and a 34 percent increase compared to 2019."

Josh Hawley is really awful so McCaskill losing was a downgrade sure, but these weirdo moderate Democrats - Manchin, Sinema, etc... are something else.

There are fewer "moderate Republicans" in office, but they aren't just nutty. I could have a real conversation with Mitt Romney and not think "this guy is cuckoo", it would be very basic "I disagree with his heartfelt position on abortion" and "I think his suppositions on supply side economics won't do the trick". Nothing that Joe Manchin and especially Kiersten Sinema say makes remotely any sense.

If we dismantle the welfare state and restore the opportunity society; we can undo the damage done by regulation, unleash economic forces, and make America great again.
