KBJ's argument for long-standing precedents would allow for Louisiana elections to be held under unconstitutional race-based districting.

The appellees do not appear to be seeking elections based on unconstitutional districting.

It has not been unconstitutional for that long.

The amusing piece of PAman’s big argument that the Democrats are dumb because they nominated Plattner who’s unelectable - the GOP nominated a complete doichebag who is a Hindu that said Jesus is not the son of god for Governor of Ohio.

Plattner isn’t going to be that much of a turnoff to democrats and he’s a redneck oyster farmer with crossover appeal.

Ramiswamy will get zero Democratic votes and be a huge turnoff to the entire spectrum of Republican voters
