I am not Alum, but I do tend to agree with those points..

The US actually has the 5th highest incarceration rate, but we have the most the most prisoners and the highest known rate of recidivism. Also, Black males are still over represented in prisons and jails..

Due to multiple reforms efforts, all those numbers have improved.

We do still need ongoing  law enforcement and criminal justice reform.

That private for profit prisons suck more is self evident..

Meanwhile, unlawful residents who commit crimes here should face due process of law here. Another self evident fact.

In addition, unlawful residents facing deportation are entitled to due process. Also self evident.
 
ICE agents who attempt to obstruct justice should be detained.

Masked ICE agents who attempt to prevent Congressional oversight of their facilities should also be taken into custody.

The incarceration rate in El Salvador is about 3 times the US rate. I think we can agree their criminal justice system is even more corrupt than ours. They don't even try to hide it.

Sorry. That is factually wrong. Eliminate the super delegates, HRC still won. The only way Bernie wins is if the super delegates stay and vote for him.

Well, I don't know about that, but Jim Clyburne really did the job in South Carolina, electing Trump as the 2024 President.

2020's result - meh. Biden won, we get a decent cabinet, a decent infrastructure bill, nobody was attacking Medicaid.
Stemmed a lot of bleeding. Not sure if you do much better in 4 years given where we were, given COVID, given the makeup of the 2020 congress and the probability of losing the house and Senate in 2022.

But it was national malpractice that Biden ran again. Clyburne, Klobuchar, Warren - they have a little of that stain upon them that they pushed him across the line and then didn't figure out how to stop him from running again, or didn't realize how important that was.
