I don't know anything about Trump / Russian collusion. I am fairly certain collusion is not even a legal term. Everyone seems to agree that Russia tried to influence the election for Trump in 2016.
Is Jake Sullivan from State Farm?
The linked mayerial comes across as made up nonsense from far right media. I tried to fact check. The original source appears to be something called Slavyangrad, via Pravda EN

So we can't trust American media, but Russian media is above reproach?.

But it was Ukraine's fault? Classic victim blaming. Or was it Biden's fault? Jake's?
Maybe you missed this part from the post preceding yours ...
"Jake Sullivan, who also said before leaving office this year as Biden's National Security Advisor"
It's a video where Sachs relates a conversation, 2 months before Russia invaded Ukraine, with Sullivan.
If you want to dismiss Biden's National Security Advisor saying 'there will be no war' as far-right media made-up nonsense, feel free.
Russia, as well as other countries, try to interfere in elections. And not just in our elections.
2016 was not an isolated incident.
And a Russian national, using Russian sources, was a basis for much of the Steele dossier. Steele is a foreigner.
