This is tedious material, far more than most probably want to know about Ukraine.

First of all, even if Russia's past aggression and occupation had made it virtually impossible for 12% of Ukrainians to vote; then how does that make Russia's invasion Ukraine's fault? Moreover, Ukraine provided those occupied Ukrainians a path to vote..

I don't know anything about Trump / Russian collusion. I am fairly certain collusion is not even a legal term. Everyone seems to agree that Russia tried to influence the election for Trump in 2016.

2016 was not an isolated  incident.
