Probably sit this one out again, nothing Harris and Walz can list as accomplishments in office impress me whatsoever, and SF and MSP were infinitely better places before they helped fuck them up.

I don’t like their policy and am more concerned about the border, the economy, and foreign policy than microaggressions and tampons in the boys bathroom.

The media and Democrats staged a bloodless coup of the sitting president after their plan to hide his stark cognitive decline backfired spectacularly, which is sadly the only courageous thing they’ve done in recent memory.

Rolling with the least popular VP of my lifetime is gutless, unless they can miraculously convince the American people that this duo that no one gave a fuck about two months ago is going to spark a record D turnout.

We effectively don’t have a president right now. Weird times.

Their biggest accomplishment is that they aren't Donald Trump, haven't whined about losing an election and encouraged a bunch of mentally ill losers to break into the Capitol. Though, I guess there is still plenty of time before November.

Have you even been to either city?

I was with relatives this weekend - Uncle says "I hear San Francisco is getting overrun with homeless people!"

I said "I'm sorry you lost your house in a hurricane". "What?" "I heard all of Florida was destroyed in a hurricane. I saw pictures of the flooding"

SF is 49 square miles. Homeless people occupy maybe .01 sq mile.

My company is headquartered in Silicon Valley. My first job out of UI was with Cargill. I’ve spent a lot of time in both cities over the last 20 years. Have been to both in the last 18 months.

The once bustling city centers of both are eerily quiet and relatively unkempt. People at the front desk at struggling downtown hotels will openly tell you it’s unsafe to be out alone at any time in the evening and unsafe with a group after 8-9 pm.

Saw a bus driver, disgusted with the state of things, pulling weeds in the sidewalk in downtown MPLS last summer while a bunch of hood rats eating junk food watched her and then threw their trash on the sidewalk as they walked by.

The only place I can think of that’s similar to these places is Downtown STL, which is damn near vacant.

But, I mean, I can’t go off my own eyes and ears, just trust murph.
