Overall, it was a decent interview. I dunno why Musk cancelled. He said he wanted a left perspective.
Interesting Musk thinks employees donating money to Democrats indicates a far left bias. The Democratic Party is center right.
Musk is also clearly wrong on DEI, and did a poor job of weaseling out of what he is dog whistling.
I dunno if X is breaking their own rules on hate speech or not. Saying if no one reads it; it's not a violation is what we used to call a copout.
On the immigration discussion, they mostly talked past each other. Musk wanted to talk census; Lemon wanted to talk replacement theory.
Musk says trans people are not only wrong, they are evil? I wonder if he knows any?
I am not an expert on X, but the political discussions I wandered into were extreme right and, well, unpleasant.
