I occasionally do four day fasts. I’m too much of a pussy to 10x that number. Been thinking of trying a week long fast after the (Christian) holidays.

Jewel has great fried chicken, too. My son literally just mentioned we haven’t done “cheap chicken Monday” in a while lol. The family meal is baller as the kids say.

I've always said, if you can find a place that has good fried chicken, the kind you like, stay with it. Those places are hard to find.

It's so easy to make good fried chicken, but it's so hard to find places that actually care enough to do it.
