The Democrats sabotaged Kavanaugh at his hearing and I’m glad Graham pointed that out. Yet all your left-wing news sources are talking about how bad they’re treating Jackson. Total hypocrisy.

Parents would probably prefer hearing that their kids are being protected, rather than hearing that judges have been given leniency in sentencing by Congress.

Actually, didn't she defer to science? These days, people are not shy about forming definitive uniformed opinions well outside their area of expertise. I plead guilty, but do make an effort to admit my take is just that.

This issue of defining biological sex; which is now called gender, came up when Trump tried to pass some law. It turns out, the science is not simple as xx and xy.

There are  main biological determinants; chromosomes, gonads, hormones, internal sexualy anatomy, and external sexual anatomy. For most, all 5 align as male or female. But some folks are intersex.

Like I commented, people are not shy substituting their uninformed superstitions for actual hard science. If something is too hard for them to understand or outside their immediate experience, it does not exist.

Did I miss something? Is there a Judge who wants to legalize sexual relations between adults and children?

There are Senators who thinks States should be able to ban gay marriage.

There is even at least one who thinks States should be able to ban miscegeny.

The apparent complaint is this Judge thinks it is OK for Judges to follow sentencing guidelines and give less than the maximum.
