So, Nichi has admitted Rittenhouse acted in self-defense, but used excessive force.  So someone has chased you, you're on the ground, he has ahold of your gun.  How should you defend yourself?

Rittenhouse was not on the ground when he shot Rosenbaum 4 times. Did you follow the trial? He could have tried to repel Rosenbaum any number of ways. Rosenbaum was unarmed.

If he hadn't shot Joseph Rosenbaum; Huber and others don't go after him. If he doen't shoot Huber; Grosskreutz does not approach.

If none of those guys are rioting and breaking the law and going up to him and trying to grab a gun or point a gun at him, none of them get shot.

Maybe if they stayed home and not been rioting they would not have been shot? Maybe if they were peacefully protesting they would not have been shot? Hmmm. Maybe the egg does come before the chicken.

Yes, you're right.  He was running away from Rosenbaum at the time. 

How should he have repelled him?
