Crime happens everywhere. It’s sad that someone 35 miles from me was murdered, but then it will happen again tomorrow, then the next day. By citizens and possibly non-citizens. Not much I can do about it.

Significantly decrease our murder rates. Getting people better pay and access to better healthcare might.
