Saw a chyron, with Rick Scott saying "All Fauci had to do was tell the truth". The problem being is that if Fauci told the truth, Rick Scott would accuse him of perjury. The scary part being that Rick Scott used to be a CEO of a hospital.

I am not shocked that during the early months of the COVID pandemic, finger-pointing, conspiracy theories, and political accusations in both the U.S. and China undermined any chance for the two countries to cooperate with others to identify the virus’s origins.

That may change in the future, but only after substantial housecleaning and reform within both governments.
