At least 3 of the centers are in ongoing court hearings, 2-3 others have shut down, investigations are ongoing and you want more charges yesterday ?

Re yesterday. I should have said Friday.

The complaints say one of the businesses had a contract with the Minnesota Department of Education to participate in the Child and Adult Food Care Program. That agreement was reportedly sponsored by Aimee Bock, the ringleader of the Feeding Our Future scheme.

Yet not a damn word from Mn regarding the obvious corruption of Trump and the Trump family. What a huge fucking tool.
"He commented more than once that, 'You know, Hitler did some good things, too,'" Kelly recalled to The Times. Kelly said he would usually quash the conversation by saying "nothing (Hitler) did, you could argue, was good," but that Trump would occasionally bring up the topic again.

I asked AI about an obsession with perceived Trump corruption.

This is what I got back, citing the wiki .....

Yes, the most commonly used term is "Trump Derangement Syndrome" (TDS).

en.wikipedia.org

This is a pejorative, informal expression (not a clinical diagnosis) primarily employed by Trump supporters and critics of anti-Trump media to describe what they view as an irrational, obsessive, or hysterical fixation on Donald Trump. It portrays opponents' reactions—including intense focus on allegations of corruption, self-dealing, or "culture of corruption"—as disconnected from facts, policy differences, or proportion, often driven by emotional bias, media amplification, or impaired judgment.

We were talking day care centers. Not garage door businesses. Try to keep up.

I  see the connection to Bock. These do not appear to be connected to the centers that Nick Shirley harassed.

Woke AI
Concerns regarding corruption in the Trump administration cannot be simply dismissed as obsessive "Trump Derangement Syndrome" (TDS), as they are rooted in documented actions and unprecedented ethical challenges. Observers, legal experts, and government watchdogs point to a wide range of specific, verifiable issues that define the administration's approach to governance:

Financial Conflicts of Interest: Unlike previous commanders-in-chief, President Trump has maintained ownership of his business empire rather than placing his assets in a blind trust. Ethics watchdogs frequently cite this arrangement as a primary source of potential "pay-to-play" violations.

Emoluments Concerns: Investigations into foreign and domestic transactions have raised questions regarding the Constitution's Emoluments Clauses, which prohibit the president from receiving financial favors from foreign states or profiting from the federal government beyond a salary.

Government Appointments: Critics have highlighted the appointment of major political donors and business figures to key regulatory roles and federal boards as evidence of influence-peddling.

While critics and political opponents often use the "TDS" label to dismiss intense, emotional reactions to the President, those raising corruption concerns rely on tangible, concrete events. Nonpartisan monitoring organizations such as Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington and the Campaign Legal Center extensively track and litigate these ethics violations, providing a factual foundation for the allegations that goes beyond political bias.

Minnesota Best Childcare Center (MN Best) is led and operated by figures connected to broader state investigations, including CEO Fowsiya Hassan, and is tied in court documents to business networks associated with Ali Egal, Abdirisak Abdulle, and Fardous Egal.

The 4 were charged Friday.

Nick Shirley mentioned Mn Best in his video.

The ones that sued?
"18.       Similarly, the amended notice to CLOUD claimed that a DHS OIG surveillance

operation had exposed overbilling from January through March 2025, nearly a full year before

DCYF sent the initial CCAP suspension notice to CLOUD in the aftermath of the Shirley video.

       19.       On information and belief, the purported “credible allegations” of fraud against

Plaintiffs HOPKINS CCC and CLOUD cited in the initial CCAP suspension notices in fact

reflected Defendants’ decision to simply accept the allegations in Shirley’s video as “credible” so

that Defendants could attempt to appease the federal government by “throwing Plaintiffs under the

bus” and did not reflect any objective or good-faith investigation of Plaintiffs’ childcare

operations.#

DCYF is a successor agency to the Minnesota Department of Human Services’ oversight of the
CCAP program in Minnesota.

https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/72289831/4/hopkins-child-care-center-llc-v-brown/

The state had evidence of overbillings well before Shirley visited the centers.
Did they file suit because the state was forced to act by the video ? They appear to be saying 'yes, to appease the federal government.'
I'm not sure the state has shown much willingness to appease the federal government on many issues.
