One of the arrests: "Among those arrested was ICE fugitive Armando Nuñez-Salgado, 38, a citizen of Mexico and documented Sureño gang member, who has been previously removed by ICE on four prior occasions."

A question for ex-agent Schwab. You stated that 1000 people were expected to be detained. Is it possible that the Mayor's warning prevented these people from being detained ?
If so, the murder victims may be alive today.
