I said that reports said that the weather service issued warnings. They were issued in the dead of night.

I also noted reports that they don't have a local system for emergencies because the voters have not wanted to pay for it.

Could the weather service be blamed for predicting 7 inches of rain instead of 12? Hell, how many Snowpocolypse predictions do we go through every Winter that don't pan out?

There is plenty of shit to blame on Trump. Maybe this is? Maybe it isn't? Need all the facts.
