Have you been to the border and interviewed anybody?

Reporters have, and they tell a different story than Trump. Most of them are good people. Some might have been engineers, doctors, nurses, lawyers, teachers, etc before things went to shit.

There are migrants working in farm, construction, and service jobs, because we have a labor shortage.

The criminals are the minority.

This is about people allegedly voting against their self-interests. The blue collar Hispanics, especially in border towns, trended towards Trump.  They know the people coming over the border are not coming to work at Nvidia. They are coming to work at the warehouse, restaurant, construction site, whatever, that they work at. They ain't coming for my job. They are coming for theirs. That's one reason they voted the way they voted.  This isn't rocket surgery. Nor is it disparaging those coming over the border looking for a better life.
