Don't the Diamond kids go to Coal City? They must have had their own high school with a basketball team back in the day.

I am guessing as old as the1950s, possibly even 40s.

It's B&W so early 1960s or older. The coaches look all Jack Webb serious. Note the coach with hair parted in the middle. None of the guys have flat tops. That makes 1960s unlikely. Just my opinion.

I would say definitely earlier than the 60s. Looks 50s to me. Just wild that the one black kid is wearing an entirely different uniform.

My Dad played basketball for Coal City in the '58-'61 time frame. There was no Diamond High School. Back then Diamond was barely a couple houses.

Looks like most of the stuff in this box we were going through was from the 30s and 40s. There’s a whole sheaf of undeveloped negatives dated 1934. Maybe some vintage porn?
