Robert Hur said the quiet part out loud. A D.C. jury, with jurors comprised of voters who vote 95% Democratic and would be a jury of Biden's peers,  would not have the heart to find Biden guilty due to his mental frailty and diminished faculties.

According to Hur, that frailty was in evidence in 2017 and is worsening.
Biden said his memory is fine during his presser last night and talked about his role in bringing humanitarian aid to Gaza by convincing the President of Mexico, El-Sisi, to open the pathway to that aid.
The world is watching.

When Biden won, the people opposing Biden held a riot in the Capitol.

I can't for the life of me figure Tucker's endgame here. The guy is enormously wealthy. What does he gain from the demise of Western society? Chaos is bad for the rich, full stop. Even if you somehow gather up all the filthy lucre, the airports are all shut down and you can't fly your private jet, and good luck getting parts. When you get sick, you might have some private doctor but he can't get the heart valve you need.

I guess Hur had to give the nutwads something to chew on.  The right can’t settle on which way they want to typecast Biden.  He's either a frail old man letting the world go to hell in a handbasket, or he's on a dark purposeful mission to destroy the country.  They oscillate between the two depending on what day it is. 

When you age over 70, your memory slowly fades away.  It gets to be like a coffee cup.  Keep on pouring it in, and you're going to lose some over the sides.  I speak from experience.  I certainly can’t remember all the documents I’ve taken to the garage, or even left in our home office. 

We live in an age where experience is not respected.  Biden’s old, but definitely still a force to be reckoned with.  I would have preferred he step aside, but that ship has sailed.  By the way, the book version of Biden is quite different.
